These terms and conditions ("Terms") govern the 366be platform and all its services. 366be is an online casino and betting platform providing services to users in Bangladesh.

2.3 Account Responsibility

3.1 Deposit Terms

The minimum deposit amount for a 366be account is ৳200. We accept deposits via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and bank transfer. All transactions are completed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT).

3.2 Withdrawal Terms

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 10 to 45 minutes. Identity verification may be required for larger withdrawal amounts.

3.3 Currency and Conversion

4.1 Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a welcome bonus of up to 120% on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳15,000. A minimum deposit of ৳200 is required to receive this bonus.

4.2 Wagering Requirements

The welcome bonus must be wagered 10 times (10x) before withdrawal. For example, if you receive a ৳5,000 bonus, you must place ৳50,000 in bets before withdrawing.

• Wagering must be completed within 30 days of receiving the bonus.
• Certain games do not count toward bonus wagering or count at a reduced rate.
• Multiple bonuses cannot be active at the same time.
• If bonus terms are not met, the bonus and any associated winnings will be forfeited.

4.3 VIP Program

The 366be VIP program has four tiers — Bronze, Silver, Gold, and Platinum. Higher tiers come with greater benefits. Weekly cashback is up to 0.4% at Bronze, up to 0.8% at Silver, up to 1.1% at Gold, and up to 1.5% at Platinum.

Decisions on VIP tier changes are entirely at 366be's discretion. We reserve the right to change or discontinue VIP benefits at any time.

4.4 Promotion Abuse

Attempting to abuse bonuses or promotions, using multiple accounts to gain advantages, or attempting to collect bonuses through any improper means will result in account closure and forfeiture of all earned bonuses.

5.1 General Betting Rules

All bets on the 366be platform are governed by specific rules. Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled or changed unless a technical error is proven.

• All bets are calculated according to real-time odds.
• If an event is cancelled, bets are declared void and staked funds are returned.
• 366be reserves the right to cancel bets accepted at incorrect odds due to a technical error.
• If there is evidence of score or result manipulation, all related bets will be cancelled.

5.2 Cricket Betting

Betting is available on various cricket events including BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, and ICC international matches. Live betting is available after a match begins. If a match is incomplete due to rain or other reasons, the DLS method or official result will be followed for the relevant bets.

5.3 Casino Games

All casino games are powered by certified random number generators (RNG), ensuring fair and unbiased results. If any dispute arises over a game result, the game log will be reviewed and will serve as the final evidence.

Any of the following activities are strictly prohibited and will result in account termination:

• Creating multiple accounts to claim bonus benefits.
• Attempting to control or manipulate the outcome of a match or game.
• Attempting to exploit the system through hacking, malware, or any technical means.
• Operating an account using another person's identity.
• Using the platform for the purpose of money laundering.
• Using automated bots or scripts for betting or gaming.
• Impersonating 366be staff.
• Engaging in harassing behavior toward other users.
